Welcome to the University Paris Nanterre !

The MOVEON application form will be available from 15 March to 15 May 2017 to students applying for 2017-2018 admission (entire academic year or first semester only).


APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Letter of Nomination or Certificate of Exchange

You must first be nominated by your home university. To this end, the International Relations Office (IRO) of your home university must send an email or Letter of Nomination to the University Paris Nanterre. The IRO of your university may also fill in and send us a duly completed Certificate of Exchange.

 
STEP 2: Student Application

Please include the following documents in your student application:
  • MOVEON application form (link is active from 15 March to 15 May 2017) - fill in, approve and print the application form online. This form must be signed by the professor in charge of the coordination of foreign exchange programmes in your university. Add an ID photo to the first page of the application form and include a colour photocopy of your valid passport.
  • Certificate of exchange - have the certificate signed and stamped by the International Relations Office of your home university. This document will certify that you have been selected by your university for an exchange programme at the University Paris Nanterre.
  • Learning agreement - list the classes you would like to take at the University Paris Nanterre and have the document signed by the professor in charge of the coordination of exchange programmes in your university (see the Course Catalog).
  • 5 ID photos
  • Photocopies of your degrees and official university transcripts (translation in French or English)
  • 2 letters of recommendation (translation in French or English)

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admission

After examining your application, the International Relations Office of the University Paris Nanterre will send your home university a letter of acceptance and a certificate of accommodation if a university room has been assigned to you.

These documents will enable you to undertake the required administrative procedures for your stay in France with the French Consulate in your home country.
